Right of Withdrawal

According to OUG 34/2014, you have the right to return products within 14 calendar days of receipt.

Procedure and Conditions:

• Notify the return via email: Sales@thnest.ro.
• Packing: The customer is obliged to pack the product properly for transport (preferably in the original box). Since our products can be fragile or bulky, any damage occurring during return transport due to improper packing will result in the refusal of the return or a reduction in the refunded amount.
• Ship the product to: Soseaua Pipera 46 H, Bucharest, Sector 2, 014254.
• The return shipping cost is borne by the customer.

Exceptions (Not accepted for return):

• Products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized (Crafted/Made-to-Order Products).
• Products brought on a special pre-order basis that were not part of the usual stock.

Refund

The amount will be refunded to the bank account within a maximum of 14 days from receiving the intact return.
