Delivery and Pickup

1. Courier Delivery

For products in stock, the standard delivery time is 3–5 working days.

Force Majeure Clause (Delivery Variations):

Delivery times are estimates. THE NEST GROUP S.R.L. cannot be held liable for delays caused by natural or logistical circumstances beyond our direct control. These include, but are not limited to:

• Extreme weather conditions: heavy snow, ice, floods, or storms that block road infrastructure.
• Unforeseen events: strikes, road blockages, traffic restrictions, or exceptional freight volumes handled by courier companies (e.g., Holidays, Black Friday).

In such cases, delivery may be delayed beyond the standard 3–5 day window, and the customer will be notified of the new status.

2. Personal Pickup from Showroom

We offer customers the option to pick up products directly from our showroom located at Soseaua Pipera 46 H, Bucharest, Sector 2.

Pickup Procedure (Important):

Since we sell products of various sizes (including bulky furniture requiring special packing), pickup is available strictly upon prior notification.

• Step 1: Place the order with the "Store Pickup" option.
• Step 2: Wait for our notification (Phone/SMS/Email) confirming that "The order is ready".
• Step 3: Come to the showroom only during the confirmed time slot.

Packing Time

Please note that certain products (e.g., sofas, tables, large lighting fixtures) require additional time for packing and securing before handover. Therefore, even if the product is in stock, pickup may be scheduled for the same day or the next day, depending on the time required by our team to safely prepare the package.

3. Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed in the shopping cart before payment completion.
